Hannibal Lecter? A bit camper than usual, doesn't even escape? Doesn't even eat anybody. What sort of a film's that?

Ed Norton? Looks nothing like Jodie Foster. Call that continuity?

Ralph Fiennes? Not even as ugly as he was in The English Patient. What a crappy villain.

That Hannibal Lecter, I don't know. He springs up every ten minutes during these films, has a confrontation with the lead character and tells a few jokes - meanwhile a bunch of people get killed in very silly ways that aren't quite directly related to him, but sort of are. Freddy Krueger for posh people, that's all he is.
